Customisation
We offer full customisation on all our packages. Whichever you choose, we want this to be YOUR bathroom for life. We can upgrade or change any component to suit your needs and tastes, including fully wheelchair compatible and dementia friendly bathrooms.

We split the cost into three stages so that no large payment is due before the work is done.

We accept bank transfer, debit or credit card, cheque, and cash. If you would like to discuss a different payment arrangement, speak to us before installation begins and we will do our best to accommodate you.
The average costs shown on this page include VAT. However, many of the products and services we install are zero-rated for VAT purposes when supplied to a customer with a disability or a chronic illness, under HMRC rules. If this applies to you, your actual cost may be lower than the figures shown.
We will confirm the VAT position clearly on your written quote. If you have questions about whether you qualify for VAT exemption, ask us at your home visit and we will explain how it works.
If you have a disability or chronic illness, you pay no VAT on qualifying products and installation services. This is not a discount we control — it is UK tax law. We simply apply it correctly on your behalf.

Yes. The home visit costs nothing and carries no obligation. We come to you, look at your bathroom, and give you a written quote. If you decide not to proceed, that is the end of it, no charge, no follow-up pressure beyond one courtesy call.
The figures shown are average costs, not fixed prices. Your actual quote is confirmed in writing after a home visit and will be based on the specific work required in your bathroom. Once your quote is accepted, the price on your agreement is fixed. We do not add costs during the installation unless you ask us to change something.
Your quoted price is a ceiling, not an estimate. If the job goes more smoothly than planned, we will refund you part of the cost, we have built this into how we price from the start. If the installation takes longer than planned for reasons within our control, that is our problem, not yours. Your quoted price does not change because of delays on our side. If something is discovered during the installation that genuinely changes the scope such as a structural issue that was not visible at survey, we will tell you immediately, give you a written explanation, and agree a way forward before any additional work is carried out.
No. Your written quote includes design, all products and materials, installation, removal of your existing bathroom, and your lifetime guarantee. VAT is included where applicable. The only time the price changes is if you ask us to change the scope of the work, and any change will be agreed with you in writing before it happens.
A 25% deposit is due when you confirm your installation date. This secures your slot in our schedule. If you need to cancel for a qualifying reason, including serious illness, bereavement, or a significant change in your financial circumstances, we will refund your deposit in full. Full cancellation terms are set out in our Terms and Conditions.
Our standard payment structure splits the cost into three stages: 25% on confirmation, 25% on the first day of installation, and 50% within five working days of completion. If you would like to discuss a different arrangement, speak to us before the installation begins and we will do all we can to accommodate your needs.
We do not currently offer finance directly. If this is something that would be useful to you, please mention it when you speak to us, we are looking at options for the future.
