Will it fit in my existing bathroom?
Almost always, yes. A level-access shower normally sits in the footprint your bath occupies now, so the room doesn't need to grow. Your designer confirms it on the home visit before anything is quoted.
How long will the work take, and will I be without a bathroom?
A straightforward conversion is usually a few days rather than weeks, and we plan the sequence around keeping you as comfortable as possible. Your designer gives you exact dates with the written quote.
What does the lifetime guarantee actually cover?
Our guarantee works in two stages. The first two years cover everything in full. After that, your lifetime cover continues for as long as you own your home. More details can be found in our brochure.
Do you cover my area?
We work across West Yorkshire, including Bradford, Leeds, Halifax, Huddersfield and Wakefield. Pop your postcode in the brochure form and we'll confirm.
Could I be eligible for VAT relief?
