Will it fit in my existing bathroom?
Almost always, yes. A level-access shower normally sits in the footprint your bath occupies now, so the room doesn't need to grow. Your designer confirms it on the home visit before anything is quoted.
How long will the work take, and will I be without a bathroom?
A straightforward conversion is usually a few days rather than weeks, and we plan the sequence around keeping you as comfortable as possible. Your designer gives you exact dates with the written quote. Confirm typical durations per package.
Do you use your own fitters or subcontractors?
Our own. The people who design your bathroom and the people who fit it work for us, which is the only way we can stand behind a lifetime guarantee.
What does the lifetime guarantee actually cover?
Set this out in full, in plain English, with no exclusions buried at the end. It is the strongest asset the brand has and vagueness wastes it. Client to supply exact terms.
Do you cover my area?
We work across West Yorkshire, including Bradford, Leeds, Halifax, Huddersfield and Wakefield. Pop your postcode in the brochure form and we'll confirm.
Could I be eligible for VAT relief or a Disabled Facilities Grant?
Answer factually, point grant enquiries to the local council, and keep the page's centre of gravity on private purchase. Grant-funded work is a different commercial proposition and you don't want the page attracting it at scale. Wording to be confirmed with Marko.
